Dr. Julie Kruis Trochta B.Sc. H.K. D.C.
Dr. Julie Kruis Trochta graduated from National College of Chiropractic in Lombard Illinois (1999), and has been using active release techniques (as a fully credentialed provider) and chinese acupuncture with great success. Dr. Kruis has worked with triathletes at the Ironman in Kona Hawaii, professional Volley-ball players of the AVP tour in Chicago, and cyclists at the annual AIDS ride in Chicago. Dr. Kruis provides services to competitors in the HSBC and the Subaru Triathlon series. Together with her husband, Julie has provided services to elite cyclists at the 2003 Road World Championship in Hamilton
Dr. Oliver Trochta B.Sc. M.Sc. Clin Path D.C. TRX Rip trainer instructor
Dr. Oliver Trochta graduated from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard Illinois (2001). Training under Dr. Hofmaier in Villa Park IL, Dr. Trochta has developed a unique approach to rehabilitation and nutritional management. He is also fully credentialed in Active Release Techniques and has been using them to treat runners at the Women's Fleet Feet and Elvis is Alive runs in Chicago. Dr. Trochta has also successfully treated runners competing in the Chicago Marathon. Dr. Trochta provides services to competitors in the HSBC and the Subaru Triathlon series. Dr. Trochta currently trains athletes in TRX and Rip Trainer in the clinic's training studio.
Dr. Chris Henson B.Sc.(Hon) B.Sc. D.C. A.R.T.

Born and and raised here in Niagara, Chris graduated from SWC in 1988. He received his undergraduate degree from Queen’s University in 1992 and his Doctor of Chiropractic from Chicago in 1995 He has been doing ART since 1998 and is an ART Instructor and part of their Elite Provider Network . He is certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University as well as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation. Focusing on injury recovery and performance enhancement, Chris has been a consultant for athletes from NFL, CFL, NHL, PGA as well as Olympic and World Class Competitors. He brings this experience with an avid interest in supporting junior development in sport.

Carmen Schmidt B. Sc. (HSc), DPT
Carmen is a registered physiotherapist who graduated from D’Youville College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, in the summer of 2015. During her studies, she had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of disciplines including orthopaedics, paediatrics and acute patient care. Carmen completed her thesis concerning “Exercise Training in Pregnant Women” which was later accepted and presented at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting in February of 2016. She is certified in concussion management and uses taping techniques, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation and exercise therapy, among many others, to treat various injuries and conditions. Carmen is passionate about helping others to achieve their goals throughout the rehabilitative process. She looks forward to pursuing further education in women’s health and paediatrics. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, staying active through exercise, skating and soccer, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
Marc-Henri St. Francois B.Sc. CAT(C)
Marc is a Certified Athletic Therapist and a 2016 graduate of the Athletic Therapy program at Sheridan College. Marc began working at Brock Chiropractic in January 2018 and brings an active approach to rehabilitation using a variety of treatment techniques such as therapeutic exercise, soft tissue release modality applications and functional movement screening. As an Athletic Therapist Marc is certified in first responder and CPR/AED Level HCP. When Marc isn’t at Brock Chiropractic he works as an Assistant Athletic Therapist at Ridley College, which provides him with hands-on experience dealing with a variety of acute and chronic injuries in different sports at the independent school level. Marc also worked with the U-17 Jamaican National Basketball Team who recently competed in the 2017 Centrobasket Championships in The Dominican Republic. This position gave him the opportunity to work independently as the Head Athletic Therapist for a National Team. In the fall of 2018, Marc will begin working as the Head Athletic Therapist for the Pelham Panthers Junior B hockey team.
Since a young age, sports have always been a big part of Marc’s life. On both competitive levels or simply for fitness and recreation, Marc understands the value of athletic competition on mental, physical and cultural levels. To that end, Marc played varsity sports throughout high school including hockey, soccer, rugby and track and field as well as participating in local AAA hockey. As a result, Marc has a very practical understanding of the intensity that sports represent, and, in turn, the impact that resulting injuries can have on both performance and overall wellbeing.
Andrea Hay B.A. RMT
Andrea graduated from Brock University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Science. Shortly thereafter she obtained a dual diploma in both massage therapy and sports injury therapy. Andrea has been working as a registered massage therapist since 2007 specializing in Swedish massage, deep tissue, relaxation and hot stone massage. Andrea looks forward to helping you on your path to wellness.
